Incredible experience with guide Isaul! I took the excursion to the two Salto del Limón waterfalls, and it couldn't have been better. Isaul waited patiently for me and gave me a detailed explanation about cacao, coconut, and the local forest. Best of all, the activity was practically private, without being mixed in with large tour groups. I felt fortunate to experience this in a more authentic and personalized way. The ride was beautiful and the guides very friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed the horseback riding. It's important to know that the guides require a tip because, according to them, the booking made through Civitatis only pays the ranch that owns the horses; they don't receive any payment. We didn't have much cash on us and felt bad that we couldn't tip them more. We also believe that if this is indeed the case, the Civitatis excursion should cost less.
It was fantastic!! The guys on the boat were great!! And the communication was excellent; they stopped at all the beaches we wanted, picked coconuts for us and opened them—a unique experience!!!
